"Our room had what appeared to be construction dust as it was new construction. The front desk was rarely staffed. No hair dryer in room. No extra TP or towels, just one each. No tissue in room. Just seemed like a brand new really unorganized operation. Would not go back"

"I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful my stay was. From the greeting when I arrived to checkout all interactions with positive and friendly. The room and property was clean and maintained. I love that there was EV charging that was reasonably priced. The parking lot was well lit at night. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely stay again. I would love to see an offer for repeat stays if so, you would lock in my loyalty. "

"Stayed 2 nights for a concert at State Farm. 15 min drive away from the stadium. Plenty of parking and next to a Starbucks, QTrip and McDonalds. The rooms are more like dorms, with no carpeted floors. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is low. I would stay there again if the price is right. "

"There is no reason for anyone to stay here. When we arrived the staff at the desk were not helpful at all when I inquired about parking. All I wanted to know was there a lot she could recommend….the response was “the city of Phoenix has parking”. I asked again if she could recommend a nearby lot then she tells me there is one right behind their building. She seemed annoyed from the beginning.
Our room was dirty. There was a crusty spot on the floor, stains on the bed as well as a lot of hair...

"The hotel was awesome. Great location, staff and amenities. The apartment was great. It was large with 2 bedrooms, 2 dressing room/walk-in closets and full baths. The kitchen area and appliances were perfect. The only complaint about the room (at least this room 604) was the lack of room-darkening blinds. The bedroom windows faced East, so the morning sun came right into the bedrooms. There are blinds, they just let the sunlight through. We would definitely stay here again."
