"The young lady at the desk, Genesis, was amazing: kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. I asked her about returning the car to the rental place, and she gave us directions, and told us about the shuttle. "Doubletree is a dependably high-quality hotel, so when we had a choice between other brand names and this one, we went for the Doubletree (you can't beat the cookies). Well away from the Vegas Strip with close access to services we needed, this hotel checked all our boxes. The room was large enough for our purposes, the bed was comfortable, everything worked, and the shower pressure and temperature controls were great. "Some properties are worn out. Some properties are dirty. This is both. Marriott has failed in oversight. Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. "No pots or pans in the kitchenette. That was disappointing as today kitchenette did have hobs etc. Otherwise very good stay."

"My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home."
