"Awesome stay"

"Check-in was very welcoming and we had a very nice room on the 11th floor. This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Ace and this was just as lovely as the first. The bagel shop downstairs had great food and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, however the water pressure in the shower was not the best and the sink drained slowly. These issues did not affect my stay. "

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."
