"The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!"

"Pictures are very deceiving. The pool was much smaller than pictured, had a film on top of it and smelled. I would not let our kids go in it. The mini fridge had mold in it, sheets had stains, the bathroom had hair in it. We ended up just leaving and checking into a Hampton inn down the road. I’m not even that picky and have never left a hotel before but this one was awful."

"check in was tough. stood in the unattended lobby for almost 20 minutes before dialing the front desk on my cell to get someone to come check us in. and then the room was incredibly musty which was hard to sleep in. Pretty sure the room had flooded in the recent history. Not a great stay."

"The hotel is a budget hotel that was ok. It was $161 for the night because there was a softball tournament in town. It wasn't worth that price. A normal $78 a night charge, it would be well worth the price. Breakfast is ok. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. It just wasn't worth the up charge."

"I loved how clean the property is. The room was very clean, the staff were fantastic, breakfast smelled great coming down stairs. For breakfast it’s not a bar, there’s someone that makes it for you. The bar looked really nice too. It was a great stay, thank you"

"My son and I stayed here for a week on a road trip following his high school graduation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was very clean and well kept, and the daily breakfast was outstanding. The best hotel biscuits and gravy we’ve ever had!

"The room was clean and spacious and beautiful, very homey. The breakfast was not the best, they did not have bacon or sausages which are staples for continental breakfast. "The room was not super clean and the floor was sticky. The bed was pretty firm. The hallway to the room and tile by the elevators were also dirty. The parking lot, that you have to pay for, does not seem to have enough spots for all the guests. However, the location was pretty great, the city view was decent, and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly as well."
