"The dryer wasn't working and they brought a portable dryer. We were advised that they would have a replacement the next day. No one came to check or even bother to call to ask. Such an inconvenience when trying to complete laundry.
Had to ask for the second TV remote for the room.
A proper check for the room and facilities needs to be conducted before guests check in."

"The owner cancelled on us half an hour before check in with a Story about the place needing to be cleaned up from a party the night before. I rang him about 1 hour before check in and he struggled to find my booking then cancels soon after leaving us high and dry. I even booked 6 months in advance. I would not recommend booking here as the owner cannot be trusted hence all his one star reviews.
