The TV had shocking acoustics, the main bedroom’s main light was constantly flickering, so couldn’t use it. Everything else though was good. Apartment was very clean, well presented and stylish. However, when we arrived there was nobody at reception. It was all locked up, so we could not gain access to our room key. This was not communicated prior to booking! This was annoying after a long, stressful drive. We finally managed to find a phone number on a poster after 10 minutes of searching how to get in. We rang it and someone from another Property Vine apartment came over to assist, fortunately!!!

We found the self contained 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit spacious and clean. Lovely view of the lake with an outside balcony. The beds were comfortable & block out blinds & curtains gave a nice dark room to sleep well. - Only thing to fault was the ensuite shower head requires repairing. Would definitely stay again, another time.

I prefer to put me in a unit which I can use the entire area rather than I'm not allowed to use the toilet in sitting area! If I use that toilet I have to pay extra cleaning fee. I don't like to run into the bedroom to use the ensuite bathroom only. The kitchen utilities are worse than basic!

I would stay here again. However, it took some chasing up to find out how to access the building and the car park, and how to return he key. It would have helped if this information had been emailed to me before my arrival.

Loved this place. Spacious & quiet. Just a couple of things though. The TV remote is playing up. Also the main ensuite toilet probably needs a new flapper or seal as water is leaking in to the bowl.

Beautiful waterfront location, lovely spacious apartment with full amenities, secure parking, easy access to the apartment from the car park, right next to a large hospital and a short walk from cafes inside and just outside the hospital. Close to main roads but very quiet, most of the neighbours were students and staff who work in the hospital. Definitely stay there again.

Property was overall good Only issues we found - glass door to balcony did not lock - door to enter the apartment was difficult to open. - replacement required on lounge old and uncomfortable, stained - no water pressure in the shower - NO FOXTEL THIS IS A BASIC !! No cleaning equipment, dishwashing or surface spray etc

The river view is amazing and not far away from shops. Check in was easy after the office hour however the communication afterwards was difficult. There's no wifi password provided and no one answered the phone when trying to reach out for services.

Fantastic place to stay over the canals in Sunshine Coast. The space was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed. The deck was huge. Overall a fantastic stay!

Great spot, so clean and quiet and calm. Amazing veiw of the lake and well decorsted apartments with evrrything you need. Only down side was the beds and the check in process i had to follow up on but smooth once we knew what was happening. Would stay again

It was a nicely decorated apartment in a nice area however there were multiple appliances not working properly such as a lamp with a broken bulb, hairdryer was unusable as it let off a loud screeching noise when turned on, some buttons on the microwave didn’t work and the place was covered in dust that it resulted in allergies flaring up. There was also a dead cockroach on the floor that wasn’t cleaned up before we got there. I don’t think we will be returning.
