He started by driving past us at shuttle location, he never asked where we were going, he didnt want to help with my luggage even though he saw i had a orthopedic boot on, he dropped off airport staff at Hyatt House and when I said im at Hyatt place he stated its across street. "It was clean , my room was fine but i could hear people upstairs and on my floor so defiantly not sound proof, be aware that there are stairs not elevator .i didnt stay for buffet . There was a vending machine to buy cups of coffee and snacks,.there is a sports bar inside . I did look at the menu which was probably good for meat eaters . My room was clean other than the old carpet stains. Bathroom very clean too. It does need a facelift . I do rate it quite low as i have stayed elsewhere...

We arrived a bit earlier than check in, with anticipation of just leaving our bags but we were pleasantly surprised that they informed us the rooms were ready! Hotel is very clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff was very accommodating always asking if we needed help with anything and how our stay was going. The kids enjoyed the pool thoroughly would definitely recommend!"

"Had a trip on June 24 til 28 abd stayed at this hotel. Members of staff were friendly, polite and always ready to accommodate your needs. Building is clean starting from the entrance to our bedroom unit. Bedroom unit is spacious. Bathroom is clean. What I like about the set up of the bathroom--- it has a separate sink and vanity mirror so one can fix oneself while others can do they're own stuff in the shower.
