"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. "The room was very large and had 2 floors, which we can choose either to sleep on normal single bed or futon. It also had two restrooms which was good if you travel with the group. The hotel served us simple breakfast with breads, veggie soup, juices & coffee at the room which was very nice although it was a bit too much for us. A few cons here would be the location of each room which is uphill and it wasn't pleasant to drag all heavy luggage to the room while check out time was a bit too early...

"2008号室のオーシャンビューのお部屋に泊まりました。眺めが良く、ちょうど河津桜が咲いていました。チェックインはスマホで完了し、暗証番号でお部屋に入ることができ、わかりやすかったです。周辺は特にお店もないので、事前の買い出しが不可欠です。赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、ダブルサイズのベッドで添い寝ができました。ただし、ベッドの間は隙間があるので、枕でギャップを埋めました。備え付けの有料コーヒーが特に美味しかったです。"

The garden on the property along with the available amenities throughout the hotel are truly exceptional. I recommend anyone stay at this hotel if given the opportunity. It will shape your perception on what the standard should be for hospitality."

"Truely a 5⭐️ experience staying at Hotel Indigo. My partner and I booked a private onsen room which was a delight to enjoy in the mornings. The room amenities were well laid out and the attention to detail around the property was excellent. The staff clearly work together as a team to ensure that you have the most relaxing time possible. We utilized both the short hiking trail and the shuttle service to explore the town of Gora up the hill. I wish we could have stayed for several more days, there's just too much to see. During your stay I highly recommend making a reservation at Itoh for dinner, and the Gora brewery and grill for lunch. Gora has many other amazing restaurants as well. It is a quite town, where things close down a bit early. It's the perfect time to make your way back to the hotel for a hot bath and you can relax with a bottle of wine or sake. Thank you!"

Fuji Speedway Hotel - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

"Loved the room! Staying on the speedway was so cool. The hotel was modern and clean. There were lots of amenities and things to do, but everything was an upcharge. My son is a race fan and did the track walk. He said it wasn’t worth it. The sim racer was great, but a charge. The breakfast could have been better. Eggs are ordered at the table and we never once had a waiter come by. I asked for our order to be taken only to be left waiting and no order ever brought to us. Given this was an up charge, this was unfortunate. The whole experience was a let down."
