"My sister and I stayed at the Hakone Lake Ashi Hanaori hotel yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing! We were celebrating my sister's birthday, and I honestly couldn't have picked a better place. We were so happy with our stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel special right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Ashi. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was the private open-air bath. It was so relaxing, and we had a great time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The temperature was perfect—not too hot—so we could really take our time and enjoy it. It was exactly what we needed to feel refreshed. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We had such a wonderful and memorable time. We'll definitely be back!"

"Stayed here while my travel companions climbed Mt Fuji. Excellent location for getting to mountain and wonderful onsen for those not doing the climb! Very good breakfast options, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Lots of parking available and views of Fuji!"

"The room was spacious (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) and clean. The beds were big but a tiny bit hard. The breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive choices both Japanese and enough western food options for our picky family :). I enjoyed the Onsen a few times and the location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Gora Station with direct access to the Hokane-Tozan railway and Cable Car (to ropeway). I would recommend this to all my friends visiting this area in the future. "

The hotel was very accommodating with a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off. It was a great experience. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"We are from Los Angeles and are here for a family get away with our 7 year old. It has truly been an amazing experience!! All staff whom I have interacted with (from check in, dining, museum, and the simulation experience) provide exceptional service! Most staff speak good English. Room is spacious and super comfortable. I appreciate their attention to details and thoughtfulness! They even went above and beyond in getting a pair of super cute small crocs (for the onsen experience) and kid's toothbrush for my 7 year old! Doesn’t have a lot of food choices onsite (if you don't have a car with you). Our family tried the Robata Oyama restaurant (Japanese cuisine) and are pleasantly surprised! Good quality is very good. Overall- exceptional experience and would highly recommend!"
