Every time I returned from shopping at the local shops, they seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with huge smiles and a warm 'welcome back.' "The cleanliness is excellent and the hotel staff are very helpful. However, it would be nice to have more kids’ channels available."

"I have serious issues about the lift, which appears to be very faulty. It has no aircon and is very humid, and it does not work properly. From the second floor it is a problem to go down and the doors are not working properly. They will close three times before the lift will actually move. The "close doors" button does not work anymore. Someone is going to get stuck in those lifts one day. While you are here there are no cleaners and the towels are not changed each day. So you must remake the bed yourself. Better off paying an extra $10 a night and you can get another hotel in the same area with more service."
