"Had a one night stay here. Room was huge and staff was polite. However, staff are not too sure about the "newly imposed" tourism tax by the government. "

"Decided to stay here again after my last stay less than a month ago. Loving it. Can’t think any other place I would rather be."

"I have serious issues about the lift, which appears to be very faulty. It has no aircon and is very humid, and it does not work properly. From the second floor it is a problem to go down and the doors are not working properly. They will close three times before the lift will actually move. The "close doors" button does not work anymore. Someone is going to get stuck in those lifts one day. While you are here there are no cleaners and the towels are not changed each day. So you must remake the bed yourself. Better off paying an extra $10 a night and you can get another hotel in the same area with more service."

"Helpful and friendly staff, everyone speaks good english which is very convenient, lots of good dining venues in an easy 5 minute walk, very clean in and around the hotel. Will be staying here when I come back to Malaysia in the future"
