"The hotel grounds were also well maintained and adequately staffed. Check- in was quick and easy. We did not encounter any issues or delays. They issue a room key on a Keychain. They do not have key cards. There are NO elevators. Stairs only. It's a small hotel. Staff helped us out by taking our luggage up the stairs to the room. The room was clean upon check-in. There is an AC in the room. It made a humming noise for 3 seconds every 14 seconds. It was quite annoying but you have no choice...

"This is a great location with a short walk to the beach. Great pool, towels, AC and walking distance to restaurants, night life, shops, etc. very safe. The only complaint is that it’s so hidden we couldn’t get to it easily. We were charged parking by the lot next door for making a wrong turn. It has a green gate and under construction also the water from the shower/ bathroom isn’t heated very well and salty if that matters to you. Otherwise a great stay."

"hotel is nice with clean room and comfy beds. there is not much to do at this hotel there is no access to the beach or sea pools which are pictured on the hotel descriptions. food and drinks are expensive on the menu. I did not stay after my checkout time."

"Having 3 queen beds in the same room is great for a family. Unfortunately the sheets were stained, the shower curtain was barely hanging on the rod. The toilet water was yellow as if someone had urinated. The worse part was the customer service when checking in. The man was rude and not welcoming. The reservation was for 6 people and only 3 towels were provided. Toiletries were not labeled, unable to use. The pool was clean and the grounds were kept up well. The rest of the staff were ok."
