"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay...

"La chambre avec vue sur mer était extraordinaire, les plages magnifiques. L’hôtel est un tout-compris avec buffet. Une grosse partie de la clientèle provient de Russie. Si vous n’avez pas payé pour un tout-compris, et êtes un pauvre petit Québécois, vous sentirez étranger en ces lieux. Les activités sont bilingues, vietnamiens et russes. Je me suis fait plusieurs fois apostropher, car ne portant pas le bracelet, je devais prouver mon appartenance au lieu. Le menu à la carte auquel j’avais...
