"We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful and let us park before check-in while we walked around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the room was just fine for our family of 3. Breakfast was a hit for our toddler and we were thrilled to have so many options for him. The pool area was great! It was so nice that the front desk had pool toys to borrow. The location of this hotel is truly unbeatable! My only criticism is that the room could have been a bit cleaner, but our stay was after memorial day so I'm sure the hotel was packed for that."

"Clean room. Staff was welcoming to the property. Easy to get to. We did not use the pool or the hot tub - but they looked very nice. Our room overlooked the pool. Our friends stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was beautiful."

"Hotel has a good location and clean rooms, but it is not managed properly. Breakfast was good, but in a small area and they kept running out of food. No hot water for tea and hot chocolate most of the time. Trash was not taken out for 3 nights. The main problem was that hotel staff didn't want our large group to socialize in the lobby in the evening. Jordan at the front desk told us that the quiet time starts at 9:00 P.M. (on weekend) and she has to clean the lobby, so we have to leave. The hotel has a conference room that we were not allowed to use. We were quoted $100 an hour to use the room one night and the next night price went up to $200. Obviously, the staff doesn't know the policies."

"Great family-friendly hotel for all ages! I highly recommend booking a room with a view of the boat docks — it was so fun watching the boats come and go. The rooms were very clean, and the pool area was also well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for both kids and adults. Overall, a wonderful stay and definitely recommended for families!"
