"Loved the room and the lounge and the location, wonderful stay!"

"Room was clean and well equipped, but very tight to move around in due to the large kitchen island. Also would have been helpful if housekeeping had closed the blinds because with 100 degree weather, the room was unbearably hot when we arrived and took a full day to cool down. Parking was a nightmare. The loading area/valet area was completely inaccessible when we arrived. After 3 trips around the block, we ended up parking in the garage across the street and taking a luggage cart to the garage...

"One night stay for a sports tournament. Air conditioner never cooled the room. There are no sleeper sofas, called to verify before reserving the room and rep stated yes there was one. Online description says yes there is …there was none in the whole hotel. Would not have booked if they were honest about that part. The boys needed their own sleeping area due to their size. Water in bathroom got warm but not hot."

"There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...
