"Amazing resort, clean, well kept and excellent service. The pictures and description of the room and the resort was living up to the expectation. We found the food and drinks included in the all inclusive package great and tasty. We were a family of 6 visiting and stayed in two of the larger pool access rooms which we found very nice. "Das Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak ist ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel zu einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (in der Nebensaison!) Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wurden jederzeit sehr zuvorkommend und höflich bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und hat die Note hervorragend verdient. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Einziges Manko: Das Meer ist in Bangsak in der Regenzeit sehr wild und man kann kaum baden. "
