Hotel Best Western di Surfside

"I’m going to start with the amenities, the Sky Bar on twelve door was closed, room was not clean, hairs from previous tenants all over the room and over charge my CC, when I call to find out about the over charges they put on hold for more than 10 min and finally they asked for my phone number with the prime SS that the manager will call me back and still waiting for that call after 5 days and the over charges still haven’t been resolved.
