"The pictures posted at Hotels.com is totally different from the real or actual picture of the resort. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. "Clean and beautiful place and a great food with good service and friendly staff. Just to far from the city."

"We were both quite unwell due to a bit of gastro and flu but the staff were very supportive and helped us find a pharmacy. We left at 4am and they transported us to the port to catch a barge, also packed a sandwich and water in lieu of our complimentary breakfast. Hopefully we can go back again one day soon."
