"They give this hotel a four star I will get this hotel a two star. It’s not the cleanest hotel you smell weed when you’re end of the building phone doesn’t work. You have to call the front desk to learn how to use the shower the people at the front desk, get very agitated."

"This was probably my least favorite hotel of the trip. The property felt somewhat shady, and while I don't think it was actually in a bad area, it certainly gave that impression. The elevator frequently got stuck on the top floor, making it frustrating to use. The smell of marijuana was noticeable throughout the building, and the room itself smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. The one bright spot was the bed—it was easily the softest and most comfortable hotel bed I've ever...

"The AC did not blow. It sucked. The evening ended up a little warmer than expected. The prostitute standing outside of our room sucked less than the AC did. We’ve stayed in worse places but the staff was nice. The hotel was located behind an abandoned bank. That was kind of odd. It served it’s purpose."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn at the Harbor in Oxon Hill. Breakfast was enjoyable. The atmosphere was a whole vibe. And they validate parking in the garage which is The staff, especially Tish, was so nice and pleasant. We recommend this place and will stay again. Also, we door dashed last night from Cadillac Ranch which is across the street. We are good, relaxed, and had a good Ole time."

"The friendly, helpful staff were wonderful! The spacious room was great for our family of five. Despite the pool water being really cold (very beginning of season) the kids enjoyed it both evenings we were there!"

"Roaches in my room. Overall, the facility is decrepit. No working gym. Elevator button held together with tape. The carpets are in bad need of replacement. Another guest said that it was the worse hotel they have ever stayed in. Extensive renovations are required."
