"Issue with no towels provided this was eventually resolved after numerous messages, kitchen appliance not clean.
House was spacious and comfortable if we hadn’t had the issues listed stay would have been good."

"I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place.
