"Hotel was unreachable by phone after several attempts, a bad first sign and almost unheard of in 2026. Upon arrival, 2 hours after the check-in time of 3 PM, we were informed our room is not yet ready after waiting in line for an hour. We were told it would be another 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, we were told it would be another 10 minutes. We then decided to stay elsewhere. The front desk seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. It's preposterous to have guests' rooms unready past the agreed upon...

"This was a place we had picked on short notice! It met and exceeded our expectations!! The room was beautiful and super clean. Breakfast in the morning was excellent!!! Milena was very accommodating for our breakfast and was delicious!!!! Would not only stay here again but would highly recommend to others!!!"

"This is our second stay here and we loved it both times! We decided to go for the level up in rooms this time and it was totally worth it for the bathtub, kitchen, and living room area. It was so nice that we decided to change our evening plans one of the days we were in town to just lay around and enjoy the room. We will be coming back!"

"- No alarm clocks. I had to spend the first night going over to the microwave to check the time numerous times and then arrange for a wake up call. Then I had to go buy an alarm clock the next day. Never seen a hotel room without one before. Bizarre. - Asked if I needed to request housekeeping, but they said no, they had a list. Then I got back the first day and they HADN'T come. I made sure to request it the following days and they came. - Breakfast is mediocre at best. Maybe I missed some...

"Hotel was clean and basic, knowing there were 3 occupants, I wish they set up the room with enough towels and pillows so I didn’t have to call and ask. We booked a suite, the couch was extremely uncomfortable hard as a rock and could have used cushions, there was only 1. Pool was small, but otherwise the hotel appears to be clean."
