"We stayed at Jeju Igloo for 3 nights, the hosts were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. When we arrived, they gave us some cold homemade rice drink and showed us the igloo. "The front desk staffs speak excellent English. They are patiently guide us how to take bus or walk to our intended point of visit. Other than the daily housekeeping stay 4 nights only clean the toilet one times and never repunish the shower cap after throwing our used one. This is the 2nd time i stay in this hotel for 4 nights on 2016 and this year 2024. The breakfast buffet is good, i buy the buffet for 2 days"
