A hidden gem!!
Omg!!! The Highlands Ranch Resort is a hidden gem!! Gorgeous surroundings, 10 min drive outside Lassen Volcanic NP. The individual cottages with fireplaces, heated tiled bathroom floors, the most comfortable bed and bedding! In the morning light snow was falling - breath taking views! Our dinner and drinks in the main lodge with a roaring fire was 5 star!! This place is a must!! It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! Everything was 5 star quality, friendly and comfortable

Lassen luxury!
Outstanding units with fireplaces, all amenities, nice bathrooms & very comfortable bed
Excellent on site restaurant & proximity to Lassen National Park big positives too
Unfortunately, we were evacuated before our second night due to wildfires in area. Hoping the enjoyable and very organized staff, stays safe, & that the property is protected during the Dixie fire.

This lovely setting and every convenience (except WiFi in your room, which is limited to the Lodge only), creates a very comfortable getaway. And as a true getaway, come with a full tank of gas.

Location of resort is a beautiful meadow just down the road from Mt Lassen National Park. The resort is perfectly designed lodge, restaurant and cottages. Great food, large selection of gourmet entrees and drinks from the bar. Cozy fireplaces in lodge and cottages, since in winter, grounds currently covered in snow. Nice accommodations and staff.

What a lovely place to stay and convenient to Lassen. Rooms are very comfortable and loved the Adirondack chairs outside. My salmon dinner was amazing!

The place is very nice. It's located about 5 miles from Lassen Volcanic National park entrance. It's very peaceful at night. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Fire place works fine...
Only complain was parking. We paid $459/night which is the highest price for this hotel. We had to park at the restaurant parking lot which is far when you have luggages. And they have 2 neat by parking lots reserved for rooms cost $279/night.

Outstanding
Wish we had planned for more time here. We picked this place because we were looking for lodging close to Lassen Volcanic National Park. Arrived about 7 pm, loved our room and enjoyed a wonderful dinner, friendly staff and a wonderful night by the fire pit under a star filled sky. Could not have been more enjoyable.
