"The hotel was very close to key museums like Philadelphia and Barnes. That was the best part. On rare occasions there was someone at the front desk. On arrival we had to stand outside in the rain waiting for someone to let us in. No grab bars in the shower or toilet. Yogurt parfait in the shop had moldy strawberries. No one at the front to help exchange it. Would not stay here again"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"The property is well kept but the room we stayed in could’ve been cleaned a little better. The bed skirt had soil on it and the rug needed vacumming. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The restaurant was also very nice. One other thing is that the room we stayed in was in the front and we could hear the traffic all night."
