"Staff were fantastic. Very friendly, efficient & willing to help out wherever they could. Executive pool access room was huge. It was also very clean & tidy. Breakfast was ok - not terrible but not brilliant. Would stay again"

"Best hotel I have every stayed at. Truly was a 5 star experience, when you arrive they serve you a drink and a scented towel and shuttle you with your bags to your room and give a tour of the room. Our villa had a private pool and there were 7 monkeys outside to greet us which was pretty incredible. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was our favorite part of the stay everything tasted incredible. Service was all around 10/10 every worker we ran into was incredibly kind. Would recommend to anyone."

"The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool the spa and the restaurant was fantastic. There was a small mistake; massage charged to our account that we did not receive. Once we noticed they were happy to refund and the money was returned straight away, they were very apologetic. The grounds were so beautiful. We went in off season so it was very quiet. There is a fantastic restaurant just up the street called ‘sacred rice’ it was also amazing. Would recommend. Would return :) "

"Pool access room the best,great shower, comfy king bed really close to everything in Sanur.Even there restaurant has great food with tax included, no surprises. Definitely stay again "
