"Clean room, nice staff"

"I chose this hotel because of the “good” reviews. However, it was a subpar hotel. There was a woman and child who appeared homeless wandering about the lobby area and hotel. The bed creaked with every turn. The water in the shower was barely warm the entire stay. Getting out the shower and letting the front desk know and waiting to see about getting another room didn’t seem like it was going to do any good. Upon check out, I let the front desk know and their response was that “everyone must have used all the hot water”. The hotel is very dated. So, if that matters, then choose another hotel. Also, when the A/C unit is on, it blows the curtains open to a point where someone walking by can see into the room. This was simply NOT a good hotel to stay at."

"Our hotel room had stained sheets, dirty floors as well as blood on the wall. When we attempted to go back to the main office to let them know of the non-cleanliness & to get another room, the worker was no where in sight, after about five minutes of calling the phone we eventually had to ask people coming from the upstairs banquet room (that sounded like a party was happening) if they knew where the worker was….which they did. After another couple minutes of them going upstairs the worker never came down to which my boyfriend went up to the banquet hall to tell the guy we need assistance. We did get another room that night. Upon checkout the next day there was another guest complaining of the same things plus throw up in the sink. I would not recommend staying here. "

"Basic but clean and fresh. Comfortable bed. Minimalist decor. Kitchen has stove top, large fridge, sink, and microwave. It’s not equipped for cooking or eating so I brought my own pots and pans, dishes and flatware. No dish detergent or sponges-sort of a tease to have a nice kitchen without the necessary equipment to use it. Very easy on and off the highway and plenty of stores and restaurants around. Overall very good stay."
