"Absolutely disgusting hotel. Used tampon in parking lot. Mud and stains all over the floors. My bed had hair all over it under the sheets stains on the tables shower looked dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned. I got moved to another room and that bed had stains all over the sheets that resembled urine had to then request new sheets that I had to put on myself. The elevators are disgusting. Ice machine leaking water everywhere. The general manager was extremely rude hung up on me. I asked for a...

"The desk person was also the person with the breakfast. 30 minutes in to breakfast everything was gone, we needed to ask him if there was more food. The grill for the waffles was disgustingly dirty, more than what could happen in 30 minutes. The food was burnt on, there was a tray underneath with grease and flies. This was really disappointing as we have stayed there at least 5 or 6 times going to or coming home from Florida. Doubt I would stay again."

"Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

"This hotel was perfect for my needs close stay to the airport and easy early rental return for my flight back home. Room was ready on time check in with MD at the Virginia location was super easy he was so kind and friendly made everything simple for me to enjoy my stay before returning home. "Elevators were broke; night clerk was very hard to understand, but did accommodate with room on the first floor. Hotel is pretty beat up and showring wear. Cleanliness was average to slightly above. This property is NOT in keeping with what I usually see from Comfort Inns. "
