"This hotels staff and management are the absolute worst individuals! I will never recommend to anyone to book at that property! I booked a room from Thursday to Sunday, my flight was delayed and I arrived 10am Friday I paid $600 for it and they cancelled my entire reservation without any regards. Their website clearly states if you're going to be late call and let the staff know the day of, I called 14 times and they kept saying nope there's nothing we can do! I tried to add a friend to the reservation, so he can check me in on Thursday night and they refused to add his name to the reservation, we have 76 employees that book there once or twice a month while traveling for work, we have order each one of them to never go book there ever again! "

"The room key failed twice. Left elevator shook violently when coming to a stop. The maid service shut off the fridge and didn't tell anyone, so all my food spoiled. Walking out the rear entrance thru cigarette and pot smoke from the handicap parked vehicles. Shower had very little pressure and stain or mold spots around the tub area. Bed was hard as a rock, not good for someone with a bad back. Tv remote only worked within 5 ft of the tv."

"Our stay was okay. There was no trash can in the restroom. The pillows are horrible. Moths seem to be stuck between the curtains and the window. If your room is towards the back of the hotel there's a walkway for people and it's loud at night when you're trying to sleep."

"I checked in after midnight due to a late flight and the man working was the most beautiful soul to meet that late in the evening. He offered extra blankets to make sure I would not be cold and made sure I knew how to get to my room. 5/5 stars for him. Booking on the app I went for the best priced room which ended up being a king bedroom suite, the bathroom was dated and had a light that even when off hummed which was obnoxious. The room itself was also old and dated. For the price and cleanliness I’ll give this a 4/5. Breakfast options are far better than many of the mainline similar price point hotels. They put pepper in their food (I’m allergic so that is my own issue that was annoying) but they have a nice spread to choose from aside from bad coffee. 4.5/5 Some of their solo rooms, not suites would be nice to get as a cheaper room on the app and I’d go back & stay in one of those rather than the suites but their older dated suites show up on here for cheaper than their updated double bed rooms. It’s interesting how this hotel charges more for 2 beds and others don’t. I’d pay for a room with 2 beds to save on space and less cleaning of a larger suite but their older/dated larger rooms with single beds are cheaper than the small rooms without amenities but 2 beds. This is lost on me. I don’t manage hotels so I’m not rating this, just adding it as a comment or thought."
