"Before our arrival date I communicated with the property and was told that we were in a different building so when we got there we were rather surprised at what we got. There was no attempt to help. I would have loved to have gone to another place but everything was booked in our price range. So we just ended up staying. "This property was awful. It was very hard to find, and felt unsafe. It is essentially a garage building with the rooms on top of the garages. The garages were filled with trash and construction materials, and they were doing construction for hours late into the night while we were trying to sleep after a long travel day. There were also not enough towels for 3 people and the bathroom had no amenities like body soap or shampoo. If the room had wifi, there were no instructions on how to access it...

"Very comfortable place with lots of amenities, including a mini-kitchen in the room and a shared kitchen downstairs with free coffee and tea. There was a nice view of the harbor from my room. It is close to the airport and a reasonably priced shuttle service is provided in the morning. I had some questions about checking in and the office responded right away."
