"Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot. Not many restaurants in the immediate area, but yakinikity is within walking distance, and Kashiwa Station is one stop away with plenty of food and shopping. Clean throughout. Will stay again. "

Room was spacious and immaculate. Convenient to supermarket, drugstore, dining, convenience store and train (2 minute walk across the street). Nadogaya Hospital 10 minute car ride."
