"Hotel Niwa feels like it's nestled in the countryside with multiple private indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy and explore. The property is fresh and clean in every way. If you prefer a location that is easy for accessing the usual tourist places, yet in a quiet neighborhood, Hotel Niwa will not disappoint. I selected it for walkability to the Tokyo Dome and found a direct shuttle bus between the Dome Hotel and Haneda Airport. Staff was unerringly helpful and kind. Our room was a bit on the cramped side, but all the other positives made that unimportant."

"Check in was difficult. It took a long time to find our reservation. The room was described accurately, but we would reserve a different room in the future. A full size bed is sufficient for me and my husband to sleep in, but the room was too small for two people and two suitcases. That said, the room was perfectly clean, great amenities, bathroom was fine."
