"The rooms have damage in them, the unit I stayed in had part of the ceiling paint peeling away. The refrigerator was good on the inside but had badly been abused by somebody. The room was clean but my feelings were it was not worth what they were charging unless it was the very last place in Suwanee; for the money they charge, it should have been much more up to date on damages.The air conditioner worked well considering it was an eye sore when you stayed in the room. I will not stay there again in the future. The staff was very courteous is all I can say."

"We had a 3 night stay at the City Express. It was my first time at this Marriott brand and it will hopefully be my last. When we first walked in my nose was assaulted by cleaning chemicals. The staff at the front desk was friendly enough. The rooms didn’t have any coffee makers or even cups to drink water. We were told that they had been removed. In order to get coffee first thing, we either had to wait until breakfast opened or go to the lobby where there was one pot. Oddly, there are no towel bars in the bathroom. Breakfast did offer hot options, but didn’t have much of a selection overall. If you want a cheap hotel for a quick overnight, this is ok, but I personally won’t choose it again."

"Great and friendly staff, spacious and quiet rooms, wonderful continental, breakfast, and spacious indoor pool. We brought our daughter for her 10th birthday along with three of her friends. This is the perfect place to stay to have easy access to the Mall of Georgia. The hotel was perfect for the girls and they loved the indoor pool."
