Very good location next to park and restaurants. We did not use public transportation so can not judge. The team at the reception and breakfast was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Lots of parking available directly at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Suwon.

Good place

Clean room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast were all great. One thing that is a bit disappointing is the limitation on swimming pool use hours. It would be nice if guests could use it at any time they want throughout the day.

Staff and property were amazing. I wish pool access was included not as single permit but as a daily access thing. Single access permit for pool sounds silly when you are paying $400 per night. Further it would have been great if late checkout for suites was available by default. Overall stay was pleasant and look forward to returning soon.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good location, nice, helpful staff. Sensor-activated room entry light was driving us crazy though, as it was activated by any movement between the room and the bathroom (not much fun at night). The automatic toilet flush was very loud - if I were on the phone in the room and someone used the toilet, it sounded as though I was calling from the loo. Also, towels were rough like sand paper - long overdue for a replacement! But oveall a nice hotel - with top marks for cleanliness and customer service.

This hotel is promoted as a 4 star hotel but I’d say it felt more like 3.5. Our initial check-in was okay. I suppose we’ve been lucky to be checked in early from the previous hotels we stayed in. We got to the hotel around noon but had to wait till 3 pm to check in. They did keep our suitcases for us so that was good. I booked for a park view room but because our room was on the 5th floor, our view was an art center building across the street and no green park to see. There were a few people smoking and chatting outside and I was pleasantly surprised that we didn’t smell nor hear any noise from outside. The bathroom was small even though it was a premier room and water leaked from the tub to the room floor. They should really fix this problem before they get a water related issue like mold. The counter space was not sufficient for our toiletries. There was an open closet with bath robes and this was okay too. We didn’t try their breakfast after reading the other comments. On the 3rd day we tried to use the swimming pool only to find out that pool was an extra and it costs 33000 won each time to enter the pool. This was a surprise as no where on their room ads that say the pool use would cost extra. Lastly, I have some mixed feelings about the location. I didn’t realize the hotel is located right in the middle of busy entertainment district, filled with restaurants, bars, and clubs. Considering this, I’m not sure if I’d book this hotel next time I am back in Suwon.

The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too.

Gym was available 24 hours, it was very clean, spacious and equipped with very good quality treadmill, elliptical, benches and dumbbells. But, there’s no equipment for PULL Exercises. Overall, satisfied.
