"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...
"The hotel is a little run down, the bar is a complete joke with hardly any seating unless you want to sit around a structural post, drinks are not premium that’s for sure and low quality spirits, the food was good for lunch and dinner, along with snacks, but breakfast very poor"

"We really liked Tarsis Hotel. The staff was really welcoming and nice. Especially the male receptionist and the guy at the door during meals. We felt really welcome at this hotel.
The facilities at the hotel was nice, although some places the conditions of the hotel was not completely maintained. But the staff made up for everything.
Our room was spacious and well maintained and had everything we needed.
The meals in the restaurant was tasty and at the time we were there, it wasn't overcrowded...

The airconditioner in our room doesn't work which made it difficult to sleep at night. We were told they were working on it but doing an online seach revealed this is an ongoing issue based on many guest comments to the extent the stopped advertising they have airconditioning, altough some rooms still have airconditioming sign on expedia info pages.
