We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. "Very good welcome to the White Swan. Our room was compact and comfortable. Despite being next to the entrance door and stairs we had a peaceful night's sleep. They had noted my request and provided us with a room with an easily accessible walk- in shower. I would suggest looking at the position of the toilet as it is very close to the wall and hand rail making access challenging. The sliding bathroom door didn't close completely leaving a 6 inch gap, this was resolved the next morning after reporting to reception. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal."

"I have to leave a review as I was so impressed here. From first moment I was welcomed by Sue in reception, to the moment I checked out. I loved the room, the ladies at breakfast, the efficient bar staff, the food, the room service, the pool, it was all just as a hotel should be. I made a mistake with my booking and had inadvertently booked one night instead of the intended two, but Michelle phoned me and we sorted it out. The hotel and facilities are great, but the staff are *all* outstanding. Seriously."

"Breakfast choices were excellent. Parking was adjacent and plentiful. All staff we met were good. The room (139) felt a bit weary, the beds not particularly comfortable. The shower was over a bath, ok, but the bath sides were very high for people with stiff legs. One lamp was not working, the toilet flush handle was loose on the wall. Nothing dreadful but could be improved."
