"Arrived to find room I booked in March was canceled by an asst manager without notifying me or Expedia. Hotel was full. We were sent to horrible hotel. Staff totally unapologetic and unhelpful- only able to give me Expedia number. I will never stay at a holiday inn or book through Expedia again."

We requested early check-in but it was not possible because the hotel was completely booked. We arrived at the hotel after the family event, there was a convention at an exterior tent.
