"The staff were so lovely and the dinner menu was especially enjoyable. Everything was clean and had everything needed. The location is great and makes it easy to walk on the waterfront path to the shops and restaurants. Lovely!"

"Blood on carpet and walls. Carpet was filthy and wet in places and net curtains need a good wash. I won't be coming back."

"Positives: Staff polite, courteous and helpful. Negatives: Rooms are small in comparison to other establishments we have stayed in. Room felt tired and neglected. In need of refurbishment. Stains on netting, curtains, walls and carpets. Limited sockets avaliable and supplied with a block connector to use kettle and phone charger. Shower head bracket worn and would not support the shower head. Had to be held by hand to avoid it falling out and shattering on the floor! We would not recommend this hotel in it's current condition."
