"Parking was ok.but trying to make the turn in Parking lot was very tight"

"This lodge is a hidden gem. The staff were great, our room was huge and very clean with plenty of clean, fresh linens. The Diner food was delicious too. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Stay on 3rd floor if you don’t want to hear kids running around Bring your own water/drinks as the vending machines were sold out everyday Rooms come with lotion, body wash and shampoo attached in bathroom. Pool area was spacious and nice. They have 2 hot tubs so that was nice to see Easy 5 minute walk to the beach "

"Overall the room, bed, amenities, etc. were average but when I tried to shower in the morning there was no hot water and nobody working on site to help. Very upsetting. I believe it’s posted as a 16 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk but when I mapped it, it was double that so we decided to drive and it was in fact very far away."

"do not stay here if you are transgender. staff were rude and incredibly inflexible. talked down at me and nearly canceled my reservation because of a slight discrepancy with my ID. forced me to change my reservation to my deadname (myself, refused to do it themselves) to match it up with my driver’s lisence even though i had proof i had paid for the room and govt-issued ID that matched the name i gave them. have been staying at big and small hotels across the coast and this has NEVER been an...

"Parking was safe and easy. We had dinner at the restaurant next door and it was amazing. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to have an early check in which was wonderful."

"Yes. I felt safe. But my windows were nailed shut. Missing a light bulb on the desk. Floors without rugs need to be mopped."
