"Outside the property looks great. When we arrived there was a urine smell on the first floor. There was a paper sign taped to the elevator that said out of order. We stayed 3 nights and the elevator was never repaired. Breakfast was a disaster. The waffle iron didn’t get hot enough and the pancake maker was broken. "The hotel was very good, staff was very attentive. My coffee makes was broken and I called the front desk to inform about the situation. The person that came checked it and called someone else, this second person confirmed the coffee maker was broken and said she will send a new one.
