"The hotel is nice. The hotel pub is the same. And the staff is polite. The coffee machine DID NOT WORK in the room. You couldn’t even put the mug (from the hotel room not my personal one) to pour coffee in it because it is too big. In the room there are no sockets. I wanted to charge my laptop and other devices, I didn’t have where. There are two “sockets” on one side and the other of the bed STRICTLY for phone cables. Meaning you insert the cable directly. "This Race Course branch of the Chain does everything it says on the tin. Helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast choice. Having to fork out for parking is unwelcoming. Outside of race days whats the point.... a few miles down the road the member of the chain doesn't charge. So I go there next time. Otherwise no beefs."

"Staff were friendly, room was good size for us and our two dogs, found the bed rather firm for us and was rather closer to the motorway than I realised you would have heard traffic all the time if the window was open but luckily there was a fan. The on site cafe was great. Pet friendly, lovely people and good food. Would stay there again for that reason. "

"Nice place but the shower had many spots of black colored mold. The rest of the bathroom was clean and spacious. The bottom of the shower door, the corners of the shower, the caulk around the soap holder and some grout around the tiles had mold. It was so bad that I took pictures. I only know this about the one room I booked for the night. The hotel building was fine and the theme and names of rooms was fun."
