"Unfortunately this hotel needs a lot of work. The hot tub is completely out of commission. Breakfast is only cereal, yogurt, bagels, bread etc. and fruit every other day. Our bathroom was unfinished, toilet was loud, and ants were crawling the walls and vanity. Most frustrating was requesting towels twice (because there weren't enough provided for a two night stay and asking for help with the ant situation and they never came up or brought towels."

"The Drury Hotel was clean and very regal. The staff was nice and helpful. I liked that the room access was secure with room key access panels on the elevators. We did not use the pool or hot tub but wish we had. They looked very nice and kept up well. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. So many choices and the food was excellent. They offered free hors d'oeuvres at dinner however we were not there for that unfortunately. Would definitely recommend. The price was right when we...

"The room was very clean. The view from our room was of the city with beautiful old buildings outside. The location was easy to get around the city. We were going to a ballgame. We chose this hotel for walkability. I would recommend this hotel."

"A couple minor issues. No phone in room. No USB Accessibility. Larger issue, no evacuation map posted in room. Major issues, staying in a mobility suite the walk-in shower used a curtain which didn’t extend to floor and had nothing to retain the water. Entire bathroom floor was a flooded when my shower was over The one outside entrance door did lock! No one at front desk at 4:30 AM when I needed to check out. Left my room key in bin on front desk. Very bad experience. Will never stay there...

"Check in and check out was very easy and efficient! The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of hot and cold items. Plenty of space to sit and eat. Our hotel room had mold in the shower and it was clearly not cleaned well with previously spilled drinks not cleaned and leaving sticky residue by the ice bucket and cups."
