"As others have noted, this is a very new property, so there were a few glitches but overall a really good experience. Nice room, decent bed. We didn't try the breakfast but the coffee was good and we were happy they had decaf."

I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. "I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again."
