The neighbor had their TV up very loud on an off until 2:30 am (So loud that I could still hear it through earplugs). I tried to call the front desk to have them ask the occupants to turn it down, however, the front desk phone was unattended at 2:00am when I called. "Room was nice and clean. Only problem I had was my body wash bottle was empty on arrival, I mentioned it to the front desk, went out all day and came back to find the bottle was still empty and not replaced. Not a huge deal though. When I had mentioned the body wash the front desk employee gave me bars of soap so all good and appreciated. I’d just prefer the liquid soap that’s all"
