"They first stuck me into a very small room. I have had this occur before if i book through Expedia. I complained because i had stayed there before and was accustom to a larger room with a coffee pot when booking the king bed. I truly felt they put me in a smalller corner room because of being with a discount broker.The next room the ac was not working and hot as hell. The assistantmanager saved the day.. he gave us an upgrade to normal room with AC and free breakfast.. Super nice guy Ricardo i believe"

"Great location only five minutes or so to Old Town Zurich. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. Room fairly basic but was fine as we were out most of the time. No safe deposit box in room which was unexpected and not ideal."

"The staff were extremely helpful, especially Angi! She helped us figure out the best ways to get around by train, tram, and even boat and set us up with day pass tickets. - The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the buffet breakfast was outstanding!"

"The hotel is located opposite the train station and there is a Metro station just by the main entrance. It is close to restaurants. The staff were very helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. My only very minor comment is that there was too little space between the end of the bed and wall. I had to squeeze past the bed to get to the desk. Could the room be reconfigured to overcome this problem? I stubbed my toe on the leg of the bed a couple of times squeezing past the end of the bed."

"An eclectic hotel, conveniently located in the city with a fantastic roof-top bar. Lovely staff that were incredibly helpful. The rooms were cool, clean and filled with all the things that we needed. This is our second stay at Ruby Claire & when we're back in Geneva, I'll happily stay again."

"Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, requested two more towels and got them immediately. Had dinner at the chalet, Resto on location and the food was delicious. Thou be prepared for Swiss city pricing. Don’t forget that you have to pay for water in a restaurant."
