Worst place i ever stayed. The building is dirty and outdated. Hallways look like they haven't been vaccumed in weeks. Floors in room were dirty. Bed sheets were clean but the comforter clearly was not and only 3 low quality pillows on the bed. Toliet bowl had toliet paper in it on arrival. Fridge and microwave were dirty inside. The flooring was missing from under the bed. Anyone saying this place is clean doesnt know what clean is.. Do not recommend

I would probably choose another hotel next time if there was one available at a similar. It wasn't terrible, but it just seems like its best days are behind it. The breakfast was very disappointing. The staff were pleasant.

The front desk clerk (Amit) was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. 10/10 The room was comfortable and clean 9/10. As travellers we would have appreciated a Keurig or coffee machine in the room. $4 for a coffee at the restaurant is a bit ridiculous. Especially when we would have had one each at night and a couple in the morning. When we went up for breakfast the next morning we were told breakfast ended at 9, even though 7:30-10:00 was written on our key card. We ended up getting eggs and hash browns and coffee which we appreciated. I would recommend blackout curtain instead of the thin ivory curtains. The sun was shining bright in the room in the morning but that didn’t matter because we were woken long before that by the noise upstairs. I’m not sure what was over us but it didn’t seem to be a guest room. I assumed it was a busy laundry room where staff were working. You could hear things being dragged across the floor like a cart or something and the people were walking briskly. I could only assume it was staff because it was happening up until 11:30pm and started again around 6:30 am or earlier. If it’s a staff room, I would suggest better soundproofing. If it’s a guest room I think they rearranged all the furniture at night and again in the morning. Fortunately the room was clean and I had no where to be in the morning so I didn’t really care about the lack of sleep, but others might. None of this would stop me from staying here . It may never happen again.

Booked 2 nights. Had family emergency the second night so we checked out at 9am and asked for our money back the second night as we were not staying. The manager would not respond to emails and still got charged for the second night even though we were not there. Very run down and not updates. Will not stay again.

First room they put me in the TV was broken and the lights didn’t work. Second room had a chemotherapy cap left in the bed, I guess from the previous stay. My company books these trips so I’ll likely request not to stay here again.

I would never statuary her again. You can hear when the next room sneezes. TV, walking down the hall. Carpet stinks. They didn't put towels in the room. The tv kept connecting to someone else's Bluetooth, which means another room had prior connected....I booked harbor side and got street side. Pillows stained out was the most run down hotel. Shouldn't be affiliated with Best Western.

Room was very clean and comfy. Staff friendly and helpful. Wifi great. Free breakfast was very limited. Coffee not available, other than breakfast. No coffee maker in room. Great economical choice but breakfast disappointing.

Room and false advertising in description and pictures. Room said it was queen bed and it was only a double. There were zip ties for a lock for the doors to the adjoining room. Bathroom sink was plugged and barely drained. The main room light didn’t work. Only 1 head light above the right side of the bed to light the entire room. Also there was no parking, the back parking lot was not ploughed and the front parking lot was full from locals visiting the pub in the hotel as there was live music. No parking for actual hotel guests. I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

Checked in and went to room to find that keys did not work. Walked all the way back to front desk and waited to be served again. Was given new keys, only to find out that room was not cleaned from the last customer that stayed in it. Bed was unmade with garbage and was still on the night stands. Very bad experience, we instantly returned to the front desk, waited for an attendee and insisted on cancelling our stay. Not a great day, sudden death in family and after traveling all day to have this happen. We are waiting for our refund electronically! My mourning wife was too upset to wait at the time.

The whole place was a no go for me . I booked it as it says best western location boy was I fooled . This room is worth maybe 50 a night . Walks in the smells in place was unbelievable. Then gets upstairs they hallway was gross ladder in middle of walkway just all around I would never book this place again not even for 50 a night . When flush toilet the chain was let go broken so had lift that up just flush the toilet. Feet sticking up to floor stay away
