"Hi, I actually didn’t stay, I booked the hostel in Melbourne from Hotel.com and when I got in Sydney I went to check in there was a guy said he’s the manager, he did not checked me in, he said that I couldn’t stay there because of age limit. I’m 50 years old but when I booked the reservation there wasn’t any age limit online, I read the terms and condition there was no age limit, anyway I asked for my money back, he refused to gave me a refund. "The hostel is cosy and social. It’s not a party hostel, but people do socialise in the kitchen. The beds are the drawback here - they are rickety and every time someone moves in their bed, you can hear the springs. Also my bed moved every time the guy in the top bunk rolled around. I’m 193cm and couldn’t stretch out in the bed. Difficult to sleep. If you value your sleep, find another place. "
