"Had a lovely stay at Shangri-la, gorgeous unbeatable views from our room. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of options, was there mid week and low season so no lines and as an early riser beat the crowds. Only minor complaint and I’m splitting hairs, is a little bit of a walk uphill but seriously just a nicely appointed place at the Rocks. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Experienced a beautiful sunset at the Altitude restaurant, highly recommend."

"This is the first hotel at which I have stayed that offers an early arrivals lounge. As someone who arrived at the hotel at 8 AM with check-in not available until 3 PM, it was fabulous to have a place to stay that provided coffee, water and cookies. I also greatly appreciated to get the call at 11 AM that I could get into my room. Whenever I go to the Sydney opera, this will be the hotel where I will stay!"
