"The room was generally clean! There was a trash can outside the exit door that often allowed the smell from the garbage/animal waste to come into the hallway and travel into the room. There was plenty of cutlery for me to use when I needed to. Communication with the host was very quick. I appreciated the warning notices regarding unauthorized vehicles being parked in the garage. It added a layer of safety. I did ask if I could get more laundry detergent during the scheduled refresh of the room...

"We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."

"The property is exactly as described in the listing.
It is easy to get and and get out.
Check in process was easy to follow.
The apartment is spacious and comfortable.
We had a comfortable stay.
There is no concierge or person available to help. Everything is self-help.
If you’re ok with the things that are available, it is the perfect place for you!
On cleanliness, the apartment itself was clean and tidy, though rooftop chairs and table could’ve been cleaner.
We had small service issues...
