"Property is clean overall… property is very dated. The beds
Are too hard, not comfortable
And need to be replaced. Breakfast was not appealing
And decided to pass on it.
Staff preparing the breakfast was
Not able to keep up with filling the food containers. Seemed not managed well. Everything was mediocre! Staff is pleasant
Traffic outside was quiet at night."

"We always stay here when we’re in the mountains of North Carolina, the rooms are reasonable clean and have house keeping service daily. The breakfast is exceptional. The desk clerks are pleasant, friendly and professional. Parking can be a bit of a hassle if you’re late getting back to the hotel on weekends. We did enjoy our stay and will stay here again"

"Altho the room was clean, the bigget problem was that the bathroom door did not close. It appeared that the actual door was too big for the frame. it is hard to imagine that the housekeeping staff had not previusy told the front desk of this problem.
We did not partake of the breakfast as we needed to be at the airport early. The shuttle service was excelent."

Echo Mountain Inn3,3 km dari Sylvan Heights
9.0 dari 10, Istimewa, (575 ulasan)
"Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area."
