"The room was clean and the bed was large. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Parking was convenient. The staff was helpful. The only room negative was the shower water spray. The complimentary breakfast was make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries and coffee."

"The property is excellent!!! No issues what so ever. I would have given 5 stars except for the rude front of house receptionist. I now call her claws as she had 3 inch nails and an attitude to match. I tried to check in at 1 pm as I had just driven 4 hours in driving rain from Medina where I visited my 93 YO mother in hospice care. Was sternly told "check-in is at 3pm" no exceptions. I used to be platinum everything for business and I know better. I hope she finds happiness somewhere... but customer service is clearly not her thing!!!"
