Don’t stay here! Disgusting! Got in late after hours of driving and didn’t pay too much attention to the room, morning came and finally got a good look. Glass on the bathroom floor, and stains on side of bed, and a bed bug! Talk to the office just to inform them and was told I would receive a refund after 1pm when the manager comes in- I come in and the manager and the front dest lady are going over two other refunds due to bugs. The manager walked off when the front dest lady started talking to me but I needed his approval. She went back to get him and he basically made her be the messenger about 3 times before I insisted on talking to HIM directly. He proceeded to tell me that I would get a refund in a week if the pest control came out and found bugs- I tried to explain to him that I was already told I would receive a refund after showing picture of the state of the room. He yelled and told me I’m now not getting a refund at all- I asked him to allow me to speak and he just walked off. I waited and asked her to go get him again. He came back out yelling and cussing at me saying to get out and I get no refund. I told him to have a better day and it’s sad to see a manager acting like that then was yelled and cussed at some more before walking out. also I didn’t even expect a refund when I went to the front desk in the morning to show the pictures, I just wanted to make them aware of the rooms state, they offered the refund! Absolutely disgusting

First Room #152: couldn't find TV remote control, turn tv on with button at bottom of FlatScreen but do nothing else; looked in all drawers & behind furniture. Call desk, no answer; walk all way across facility Register Person said 'will find another remote'. Remote1 not very user-friendly, then "Baymont SignIn screen' asks for password that was not provided. Back To Desk 2nd time-he comes can't seem to figure out, gets Remote2 more issues. RegisterPerson says "move you to Room162" after he tested TV. Room162: had to find Fridge Cord behind furniture to plug in - Trash & dirty on all cables/cords behind Cabinet!! Carpeting & hard-surface flooring very dirty-feet were black next morning & light colored socks were discolored & felt sticky. Facility entry doors were not locked-never had to use our Key Card coming inside, only use Card to enter both Rooms!! Notice posted at Reception Desk about work on Pool & Conference Room; many obvious spots thru out Facility that much updating needs to be done, but that is not a reason to neglect daily housekeeping -- kind of explains why the online Room Rate was lower than other area Lodgings. The bed was comfortable. This Facility definitely was not up to the standards we usually find at a Baymont location.

Upon arrival, door keys that were given did not work. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and had maintenance assist immediately. The door had to be reprogrammed. The phone in the room did not work, and maintenance did not fix it. All of the lamps in the room were unplugged when we arrived. The toilet was absolutely disgusting and had not been cleaned. The remote to the tv was missing a battery The staff was very nice tho

There was allot of roaches in my room I have a 6 month old that should be illegal to rent a room with roaches

Dirty towels, when checked in. What the show in the website is not true. Tgeir pool doesnt work. They dont provide breakfast like it stated. Phone in room didnt work. Lights flicker. I can go on and on. Terrible facility

Upon arrival we were informed the pool was not available and there was no elevator to the 2nd floor, so we had to carry everything from our car to our room. Then upon entering our room, we noticed the phone was not working, there was no remote for the tv and there were empty cans left from the previous visitor left under the sink. Then we needed ice so we attempted to get some from a machine near our room, but it didnt work so we had to go back to the other side of the building to get some. When we did find a working ice machine, there was trash stacked near it with bugs flying out of it and a cockroach crawled out from under the ice machine. The breakfast was very limited, the sausage was still frozen...like we had to make it ourselves, so we didnt stay for breakfast and went elsewhere. But the beds were comfortable, that was about it. We would not recommend this location to anyone and will not likely return.
